I think that every place that we turn, when walking into a hospital, we always, or I always can find an opportunity to innovate. The more that we look outside how we are using technology and trying to apply it in a rapid way and adopt it to healthcare, it is going to make a huge impact. We're kind of quite large for a specialist children's hospital. One of the largest in Europe and we treat over 300,000 patients. We've got a long history and a heritage in innovation. And at the same time of this, we were developing what we call the Innovation Service, which is one of the largest or unique in the country. Where we've got to right now, is we have now placed AI as one of our top three strategic priorities. Microsoft already have multiple projects around the world using AI: in imaging in data collection. And we've been using the Microsoft SQL server with AI code, such as Python. And we've been reporting back to our clinical teams, the results around how we operate our emergency department. So we built now a data science algorithm, which is able to learn from the data and to predict how many patients at different severity levels - how critically ill they are, how many will need admission that day. And we've been able to model that through now. So we can predict forward in a dynamic way using Power BI, how our beds are gonna fluctuate during the week. But there were a long pipeline of problem statements that we're hoping to take forward. With the amount of information generated in the last few years of data, it is vital that data is not wasted and use it for the purpose. And there's only a level of capacity that a human can absorb. And by taking the technologies that are found in machines, we can enhance and we can do things to a higher degree than we could ever do before. It's something we've got to do quite thoughtfully to really make sure we've got the right ethics and governance and process and standard operating procedures. Microsoft is an outstanding organization. They provide such an integrated platform. everything from Azure, the Internet of Things, the Machine Learning. So I think Microsoft's going to be critical to the healthcare space. And I think together, we could have a huge impact for the benefit of large populations across the globe.
